Spring 2023 began with the Quantum Botanicals Immersion, followed by the Healing Diets Immersion at Nutley Edge in East Sussex, with students attending from the UK, Spain, Canada, France, Greece, Italy, the US and the Netherlands.

Our wonderful Healing Diets students on the final day of classes where they created a Living Foods Feast! Here are their beautiful dessert offerings, including raw vegan brownies, pistachio cheese cake, a range of raw chocolates, and fruit and nut bars. Plenty was made to take home for family and friends.
On Day 3 of the Healing Diets Immersion we made a range of recipes for wraps, including a dehydrated tomato and courgette wrap, carrot bread and nori, with lots of delicious fillings, salad and raw miso soup.

In October we offered a second Healing Diets Immersion as several students were nearing graduation. This was our first immersion at our new venue in Cheltenham!
