The American Alternative Medical Association is a division of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners Certification & Accreditation Board, which was established in 1990.
The AAMA’s national and international membership body is made up of health care doctors, including NDs, NMDs, DNs, DOs, DCs, PhDs, MDs, DDSs, AyDs, DDs, OMDs, and other alternative health care doctors.
The AAMA has granted School of Natural Medicine full board professional accreditation. Both traditional and non-traditional schools and colleges recognise the AAMA as an independent international accrediting board for alternative health educational institutions.
The AAMA can assist Healing Diets Nutritional Consultant, Quantum Botanicals Advanced, Master Herbalist, Naturopathy and Natural Physician graduates with many professional benefits, as well as providing international recognition of qualifications.
When you successfully complete our diploma course(s), you will be eligible to apply for Full Professional Membership to the AAMA and will be entitled to use the post-nominals MAAMA and AMP (Alternative Medical Practitioner).

The American Association of Drugless Practitioners Certification and Accreditation Board was established in 1990 and is one of the longest standing and most respected accrediting body for practitioners of traditional and non-traditional therapies and methodologies.
The AADP’s national and international membership body of over 21,000 is made up of MDs, NDs, DCs, OMDs, PhDs, RNs, Health Coaches, and other “drugless” practitioners.
“The AADP has granted the School of Natural Medicine full board professional accreditation and certification. "School of Natural Medicine UK's course curriculums fully meet our accreditation board’s educational requirements…Graduates of your school will be eligible to apply to be board certified Holistic Health Practitioners through the AADP.”
When you successfully complete our online and/or diploma course(s), you will be eligible to apply for Full Membership of AADP and will be entitled to use the post-nominals MAADP and HHP (Holistic Health Practitioner).

School of Natural Medicine UK has been recognised as a Centre of Excellence by The Complementary Medical Association (The CMA) and we hold full Training School Accreditation and Registration with The Complementary Medical Association.
When you successfully complete our course(s), you will be eligible to apply for Full Membership of The Complementary Medical Association and will be entitled to use the letters MCMA after your name. You can also join in The CMA’s Student Membership category once you are enrolled in one of our courses, and upgrade to Full MCMA Membership as soon as you graduate.
The Complementary Medical Association is the world’s largest and most highly respected professional membership association. The organisation has been established for over 25 years and they work closely with conventional medicine by sharing research and education to doctors about the natural healthcare field and why they should incorporate complementary medicine (as provided by qualified CMA Members) into their practices.
Furthermore, The CMA consistently liaises at governmental level to ensure your rights to practice. Over the last 25 years, The CMA has taken complementary medicine and natural healthcare from a cottage industry to the professional force that it is today. This ensures that the public has access to a Professional Register of highly qualified practitioners and outstanding training schools and that doctors and other healthcare professionals know that they can safely refer their patients to CMA Registered Practitioners.
