“The world we live in is changing at an unnatural and unprecedented rate. We now bear witness to the impact of millennia of human life upon planet earth – and it is an alarming vision for us all. Perhaps it is unsurprising then, that this awakening to the global, environmental & societal truth, is coupled with an unprecedented surge in interest in naturopathic medicine. The answers we are seeking have been in plain sight all along – in nature, in the seasons, in the rhythms and cycles of life.”

About Bonny

Alexandra is a dedicated Herbalist and Healing Diets Tutor, who has embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery and healing over the years. Initially transitioning from a vegetarian to a vegan lifestyle, it was through her studies in Healing Diets and the introduction of raw veganism that she found the key to unlocking the self-healing she had been seeking.

This transformative experience not only deepened Alexandra's understanding of the power of Healing Diets but also ignited a profound passion for natural healing and revealed her true calling as a practitioner and teacher of natural medicine. Her extensive knowledge and commitment to holistic healing make her a valuable resource for students as they progress through their studies.

Having spent the better part of a decade in the social work field, Rachel quickly saw the need for more integrative mind-body connection in client sessions. She pursued studying body work, learning Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, still seeking more practices that addressed both the physical and emotional, and found this through her Quantum Botanicals studies.

"Studying flower essences felt like a return to what is so natural for us as human beings, to be in communion with the natural world and reconnecting with our botanical allies. Since graduating I have opened my practice 'Befriend Botanicals', helping others to strengthen that connection to self and nature by combining flower remedies, felt sense, and bodywork into a holistic treatment."
