The Healing Diets Coaching seemed to be the final ‘missing piece’ to my wellbeing skillset. My path to becoming a Healing Diets Practitioner and studying Naturopathy began many years ago. At the age of eight I made the decision to become a vegetarian, driven by my deep love for the animal kingdom – to me, they were not just animals – they were friends.
From an early age, I felt a quiet yet powerful pull towards the natural world. Growing up, I often sought solace in the company of my pets and the calming presence of nature, especially during difficult times at school when I experienced bullying.
